Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, collagen, baking powder, almond milk, egg and chocolate chips.
  3. Spoon onto baking sheet.
  4. Top with extra chocolate chips, if desired.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely to firm up!

Notes

I don't use any added sugar with these cookies, as I find the chocolate chips give enough sweetness! If you prefer your cookies sweeter, simply add 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar! These cookies are even fudgier the next day!
