Healthy Chocolate Brownie Overnight Weetbix
If you have a sweet tooth in the morning then you need to try this dessert for breakfast! It is easy to make, made with wholesome healthy ingredients, and meal-prep friendly!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Weetabix, can sub for 1/2 cup oats
- 100 ml100 ml100 ml Almond Milk
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein Powder (Macro Mike), use "AMB-CHENOA" for 10% off
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Energy Ball, I used a brownie flavour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, mix weetbix and milk until combined & place in the fridge whilst making next layer.
- In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt and protein powder (if using) & evenly spread over weetbix.
- Break up Chewy Peanut Brownie Ball into small bite-size pieces and sprinkle over yogurt layer.
- In a small bowl, mix cacao powder and water until there is a SLIGHTLY running consistency (you don’t want it too runny) & pour ganache over yoghurt layer.
- Place in the fridge for at least an hour (or 15 minutes if you’re impatient like me). Enjoy!
