jerky omelet
is it an omelet or an egg pancake? either way, it's delicious, nutritious, & something I look forward to eating every single morning! I LOVE jerky sticks & all of the flavors from the new primal + chomps.
Ingredients
- 111 Chomps Pepperoni Turkey Jerky Stick, diced; my other favorite is the new primal buffalo chicken jerky!
- 222 Eggs
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Redmond Real Salt Chef’s Blend Smoked Salt, or regular salt
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- to a small skillet, add diced jerky & turn skillet to medium heat.
- in a bowl, whisk together eggs, nutritional yeast, salt, & pepper.
- pour eggs over jerky, then add a fitted lid on top.
- cook eggs for 4-5 minute or until it starts to puff up.
- once it puffs, remove lid & flip omelet.
- option to fold omelet in half or enjoy like a giant pancake.
