Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add strawberries to food processor until puréed.
  2. Add puréed strawberries to medium bowl; reserving 1/2 cup to add in later.
  3. Add protein powder, dairy-free sour cream and lemon juice to puréed strawberries. Use spatula to mix well until combined. Add reserved 1/2 cup puréed strawberries; do not stir.
  4. Pour mixture into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

My popsicle molds are 3” high, 2” wide at the widest part, tapering down to 1.5” wide and I was able to make 6 popsicles. Plant-based. Vegan. Gluten-free. Grain-free. Dairy-free. Egg-free. Nut-free Protein-packed. No sugar.
