Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Popsicles
These Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Popsicles are a delicious high protein treat! Made with just a few simple ingredients, these popsicles are made with a creamy high protein base & a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar to capture that delicious snickerdoodle flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Kite Hill Greek Style Yogurt -Plain Unsweetened
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Kite Hill Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Erythritol)
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Saigon, Ground Cinnamon

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine yogurt, cream cheese, almond butter and maple syrup.
- Add graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of a popsicle mold.
- Top with yogurt mixture.
- Combine monk fruit and cinnamon,
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over top of popsicles.
- Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
