Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line and 8x8 pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350F
  2. Whisk wet ingredients for brownies, then fold in dry, and chocolate chips to the batter if you prefer
  3. Pour and spread into your pan and bake for 23-26 minutes
  4. For the ganache, melt chocolate and peanut butter together until creamy, then pour overtop brownies. Place in the fridge to set
  5. Melt your white chocolate
  6. Once the ganache layer is at least somewhat firm, dollop a circle of white chocolate onto the brownies (you'll make 9). Take the back of a spoon and drag that white chocolate circle to make a tail of the ghost
  7. Place your candy eyes or use melted chocolate to dollop eyes and the mouth
  8. Place in the fridge until all chocolate is set
  9. slice and enjoy!
