Churro Protein Balls
We all love pumpkin this time of year, but sometimes we need a break from it! These churro protein balls are PERFECT! They are sweet and flavorful. They taste like a dessert but are filled with a ton of good nutrients! I think they will be a huge win in the household this fall season!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Butter
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- .3 cup.3 cup.3 cup Agave Nectar (Syrup)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Chocolate, Dairy free
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients. Stir together until a cookie dough mixture is formed. Roll into balls and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate. Dip the protein balls in the white chocolate and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Enjoy!
Notes
I used the churro nuttzo butter for this recipe! Regular almond butter will work though!
