Churro Protein Balls (Edit recipe)

We all love pumpkin this time of year, but sometimes we need a break from it! These churro protein balls are PERFECT! They are sweet and flavorful. They taste like a dessert but are filled with a ton of good nutrients! I think they will be a huge win in the household this fall season!

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients. Stir together until a cookie dough mixture is formed. Roll into balls and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Melt the white chocolate. Dip the protein balls in the white chocolate and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

I used the churro nuttzo butter for this recipe! Regular almond butter will work though!
