Peaches and Cream Croissants
This is a super easy and extra tasty treat that everyone will love. It has a little bit of protein from Greek yogurt, a sweet bite from the peach and icing drizzle, and a buttery salty taste from the croissants. They truly are delicious! They are also a win with toddlers!
Ingredients
- 6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole Croissant, The ones you have to cook
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Peaches, Sliced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Powdered Sugar

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the croissant dough into their triangles. Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt, then your peach slice. Drizzle in agave and sprinkle in cinnamon. Roll up to “close” the croissant. Repeat.
- Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown.
- Mix together the powdered sugar and almond milk. Drizzle that over the croissants and enjoy!
Notes
I used the Nutpods pumpkin pie spice for the icing drizzle! Just an extra touch of cinnamon!
