Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Ground Beef

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Italian Seasoning

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Breadcrumbs
- 111 Egg
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 0.750.750.75 Original Marinara - Yo Mama’s Foods

- 222 Hoagie Rolls
- 666 Provolone Cheese, slices

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs and egg. Mix thoroughly and set aside
- Coat the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil and brush evenly throughout the dish
- Roll ground beef mixture into large meatballs and place into the baking dish (approx. 9 pieces)
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
- Out of the oven, generously coat the meatballs with Yo Mama’s Original Marinara
- Slice 2 hoagie rolls in half and add 3 meatballs and a generous amount of sauce to each
- Top each roll with 3 slices of provolone cheese and broil in the oven for 2 minutes until cheese is melted
- Add the remaining sauce to the hoagie and enjoy!
