Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together 8 large eggs
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Add in ½ cup of milk and whisk thoroughly. Set aside
  4. Brush a 12” cast iron skillet with 2 tbsp avocado oil
  5. To your skillet, add the bell pepper, ham and tomatoes and spread evenly throughout the pan
  6. Pour the egg mixture directly into the skillet and gently mix
  7. Top with crumbled feta cheese
  8. Bake at 400F for 25 mins
  9. Out of the oven, top frittata with Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce
  10. Garnish with arugula
  11. Slice and enjoy!
