Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry your strawberries. Stick a cake pop stick in the top (or use your fingers) and dip the strawberry in your melted white chocolate. Set on the parchment paper.
  3. Using a spoon, spread some white chocolate under and around the strawberry to resemble a wavy ghost. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Using a toothpick dipped in your melted semi-sweet chocolate, add eyes and a mouth to your strawberries. I like to then add another layer once it's hardened a bit to outline the mouth and add a dot in the eyes for the pupil.
  5. Take your leftover white chocolate and add in red/pink plant-based food color. Using another toothpick, add a little pink to the strawberry ghosts' cheeks. Eat right away or freeze for another 10 minutes to set. Enjoy!
