Simple Meatballs
I started teaching my Husband how to cook easy, healthy meals last year and this was one of the first recipes we simplified for him so that he could whip it up fast and know that it was going to come out delicious EVERY time. When I tell you that if my Husband can make it, ANYONE can! đŸ˜‰ Not only is it quick to make and wonderful for Meal Prep, but you can adapt them easily to top them with your favorite sauces and pair with whatever Veggies & Starches that you love the most!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Turkey, (or Pork)
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients except for Ground Meat and mix together.
- Next, add in the ground beef and mix with your hands until just combined.
- Using a 1/4 cup measurement, scoop out your mixture and form into balls then place on the parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
*If you don't have Almond Flour, we have successfully made these with 1/4 cup Coconut Flour as well! *Feel free to add in fresh herbs that you love or an extra 1-2 tsp of your favorite seasoning to customize to your preference as well!
