- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare a large sheet tray with parchment paper OR a wire rack.
- Brown your ground beef in a skillet.
- Add can of Green Chilies, Onion, Tomato Paste, Taco Seasoning and Nutritional Yeast to the cooked beef.
- Let simmer for a few minutes until fully combined.
- Spray a skillet or cast iron pan with Avocado Oil and heat to Medium-Medium High.
- Add one Siete Cassava Flour tortilla to the skillet for 5 seconds per side to soften them up.
- Set aside on your sheet tray then add 2-3 Tbs of Beef mixture to the tortilla on one side and fold over like a taco.
- Repeat this step until you've gone through all of your tortillas.
- Make sure they're arranged on your sheet tray with a little space between them (not overcrowded).
- Spray each Taco with your Avocado Oil Spray.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes in your oven until just golden brown.
- Add any toppings inside your taco that you'd like and enjoy!
Notes
*I love to serve Tacos with sautéed or baked Zucchini and Yellow squash with simple salt and pepper, rice and Siete Refried Beans! *Be sure to keep an eye on your tacos while they're baking as some ovens get hotter than others. You want them crunchy but not a dark brown. *This recipe works wonderfully with Siete's Almond Flour tortillas as well! *If you'd like to have melted cheese in yours, you can absolutely take the shredded cheese and add to the taco before baking.
