  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir together. Taste and add more maple syrup if you want it sweeter. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
  2. When ready to serve, give the oats a stir. If desired, add a splash of milk to thin the consistency. Add your favorite toppings- I added yogurt, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
