I love a good chicken salad, but especially one that is packed with extra protein!  This Greek yogurt chicken salad is so delicious and a very simple meal to throw together on those busy days.

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, onion, and walnuts. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. In a small mixing bowl add the yogurt, buttermilk, honey, pink salt, parsley, dill, garlic, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the yogurt mixture to the chicken and mix until fully combined.
  4. Serve on your favorite bread or flatbreads.
