Easy Cinnamon Rolls
These delicious cinnamon rolls are a perfect treat on the weekend!
Ingredients

- 150 grams150 grams150 grams Water
- 300 grams300 grams300 grams Bread Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Unsalted Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cane Sugar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Milk

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix together the sourdough starter, water, flour, sugar and vanilla extract. Cover it and let it sit for an hour before rolling into cinnamon rolls.
- Once the dough has risen, roll out onto a floured surface. Melt butter and spread over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll and slice cinnamon rolls. Put in a dish and let them sit for an hour, covered.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cinnamon rolls for 18-25 minutes.
- While the cinnamon rolls are cooling, make the frosting. Once cooled, ice and enjoy.
