There is nothing better than coming home from work to a delicious home cooked meal!  You can easily prep this meal the night before, keep it in the fridge overnight and start the slow cooker before you start the day.  Enjoy!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a slow cooker combine crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and onion. Mix well.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine beef, salt, onion powder, onions, garlic, almond flour, eggs, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until eggs are fully combined.
  3. Form into meatballs about 1 ½ - 2” wide. Add each meatball to the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 8 - 9 hours.
  5. Freeze any leftover sauce for future use in any recipe that calls for tomato sauce.
