This is a simple, delicious recipe that would be perfect for a gathering! It only calls for three ingredients to make the brownie bites. They’re so good, you may eat the whole batch!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt your butter. Add the brownie mix and peppermint extract. Depending on brownie mix, you may need a splash of milk. Mix together until the cookie dough texture forms.
  2. Roll into bite size balls. Place in fridge for 5 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate and dip your brownie batter bites in the white chocolate. Let the chocolate harden and enjoy!

Notes

I used peppermint white chocolate, but regular whit chocolate will work!
