Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place your brie in a baking dish. Bake for about 10-20 minutes, or until the brie softens and warms through, but don’t let it completely melt!
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries start to burst and the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes). If it gets too thick, slowly drizzle in water until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Meanwhile, prepare your rolls according to package instructions.
- When the brie is ready, remove it from the oven and spoon the cranberry mixture over the top.
- Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze and, if desired, garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
- Serve warm with the rolls for dipping!
Notes
You can use any dippers you like for this baked brie, including gluten free crackers or your favorite gluten free baguette. If your cranberry mixture thickens too much before serving, simply stir in a small amount of water, a little at a time, until it reaches your preferred consistency. Fresh cranberries tend to be quite tart, so you may want to use the full amount of sugar suggested in the recipe. However, feel free to adjust the sugar to your taste if you prefer a less sweet flavor.
