bite-sized treats + peanut butter + chocolate = PURE JOY! these mini-sized "reese's" are sure to be a hit. you could of course make them in a regular sized muffin tin, but i firmly believe the mini-size is part of the enjoyment (;

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a small sauce pan, melt dark chocolate chips.
  2. in a mini muffin tin, add muffin liners.
  3. add a small spoonful (~1 tsp) of melted chocolate to the bottom of each liner.
  4. combine nut butter, protein powder, monk fruit, & vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  5. add a small scoop (~¼ tsp) of nut butter to each cup.
  6. refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  7. add another layer of chocolate (~1 tsp) to the top of each cup.
  8. refrigerate until chocolate is hardened.
  9. store in the freezer.
