  1. Heat pan over medium.
  2. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, salt in a mini processor
  3. Pour mixture into bowl, or do what I did and dip bread in the processor bowl πŸ™‚
  4. Dip sticks one by one, soaking for 1 minute each side
  5. Cook 3-5 minutes each side or until crispy
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings, I did maple syrup ofc!
