Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip
I feel like buffalo chicken dip is a universal fan favorite, which is why I'm always tempted to whip it up for get-togethers during football season! Not only is it super tasty (I have my husband HOOKED), but it also only requires a few simple ingredients. This is definitely one of those recipes that you can make for all of your guests, and they’d never guess it uses clean ingredients!
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups2.5 cups2.5 cups Rotisserie Chicken, chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Hot Sauce, I use Franks
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt, most hot sauce already has salt included
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Chives, or parsley to top, finely chopped

Process

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add chicken, hot sauce, mayo, and spices to a bowl. Mix to combine completely.
- Pour into a small casserole dish, and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until dip is hot and bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before topping with parsley or chives. Serve with crackers, chips, veggies, etc. Enjoy!
