- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, Frozen
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Cashew Butter, Or any nut butter
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Honey
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Banana, Optional for banana hearts
