4 Simple Smoothies
These are 4 simple smoothies that are all nutritious and only call for 3 ingredients or less! I’m all about a recipe that is super simple and doesn’t need much. The purpose of these smoothies is that they are not too complicated to make. But even though they only have 3 ingredients, they’re still super good for those kiddos!
Ingredients
Smoothie 1
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Smoothie 2
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Hazelnut
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Smoothie 3
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Smoothie 2
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Blueberries, Frozen
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Walnuts
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Choose which smoothie you’re making!
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s smooth. If more water is needed to make it thinner, you can always add more water! Each smoothie usually makes about 2 bottles for my baby.
Notes
You can take out the protein powder in the smoothies and replace it with something like an egg if you want! You can also remove it completely from the recipe. If you don’t see protein powder in a recipe, feel free to add it!
