  1. First make classic piña colada by combining all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Add more coconut milk if needed to smooth, texture should be thick! Set aside.
  2. Make the strawberry piña colada by repeating the same steps.
  3. Layer each smoothie into glass jars or serve separately.
  4. Topping Ideas: Coconut cream or vanilla yogurt for layering; Shredded coconut, granola or hemp seeds; Sliced strawberries or cherries; Extra nut butter drizzle- of course!
