Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, agave and almond flour. Mix together until a dough like texture forms. Set aside.
  2. On a piece of parchment paper, lay out half of your crackers. Too each cracker with the peanut butter filling. Then add the crackers on top to make a sandwich. Place in freezer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Once the 10 minutes is up, melt your chocolate. Dip the little sandwiches in the chocolate and cover them.
  4. If you chose to make these into footballs, melt the white chocolate and create your football design. The best way is to put the white chocolate in a piping bag or a ziplock bag!

Notes

You can swap out the peanut butter for your nut butter of choice. You can turn these into high protein treats by swapping out the almond flour with protein powder!
