Just like your favorite lunchbox snack pack, these ritz crackers are buttery, crispy, and perfectly paired with a peanut butter filling. They're gluten free, with no questionable ingredients, and I’m sure your kids will love them as much as mine did!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, and spices in a bowl
  2. Grate butter into mixture, stirring every few grates
  3. Add oil and water (actual ice water, but ice doesn't count toward your 1/4 cup)
  4. Knead dough together
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap in disc shape and refrigerate 10-15min
  6. Dust surface with flour, place dough, dust more flour on top, and roll into a thin dough
  7. Use a 1 3/4 crinkle cookie cutter to cut cracker shapes
  8. Re-roll dough again and cut out shapes until all dough is used
  9. Place crackers on parchment paper lined baking sheet
  10. Use a fork or toothpick or poke holes in crackers
  11. Bake at 375 for 8-10 min until golden
  12. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sea salt over finished crackers
  13. Mix drippy PB with protein powder or oat flour to thicken it slightly, place in a piping bag, and pipe onto half the cracker, topping to sandwich with remaining crackers
  14. Store in airtight container. After a day or two they might soften, so place in air fryer for 2-3ish min to crisp them back up before enjoying
