Peanut Butter + Butter Stuffed Dates
This little snack is absolutely delicious and you need. It would actually be perfect for that pre bed snack if you’re trying to get some butter into your kids before they fall asleep! These are so yummy and you could do so many variations!
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 whole3 - 4 whole3 - 4 whole Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted - Kerrygold, Softened
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Peanut Butter - Cocomo
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp 72% Extra Dark Chocolate Chip - Guittard
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Open the dates and remove the seed.
- Top with butter, then peanut butter, then chocolate chips and sea salt.
- Enjoy in one bite!
Notes
You can swap out the peanut butter for almond butter, cashew butter, or any nut butter of choice. You can swap out the chocolate chips for walnuts, crushed peanuts, or even sprinkles!
