- Rosemary Flaxseed Crackers - Flackers

- Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers - Simple Mills
toppings
- Prosciutto, or other cured meat, diced
- Genoa Salami, or other cured meat, diced

- Havarti Cheese, or any sliced cheese you like, cut into little squares
- Raspberry Superfood Jam - Smash Foods, or any jam flavor you like!

- Roasted Red Pepper, sliced
- Kalamata Olives, sliced

- Sun-Dried Tomatoes, sliced

- Peperoncini Peppers, sliced

- first, choose your favorite GF cracker (I listed my 3 favs!) & lay out on a sheet pan.
- to each cracker, layer on any toppings of choice - ingredients include my favorite toppings.
- bake “s’mores” for ~4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
