Blueberry Bliss Smoothie Bowl
There is nothing quite like a smoothie bowl on a warm summer day. I always try to pack my smoothies with blood sugar balancing components such as protein to make sure it is satisfying as well as delicious.
Ingredients
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Almond Milk
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, Frozen
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 27 grams27 grams27 grams Vanilla Protein Powder, Equip Foods is my favorite
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Baby Spinach
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until just combined to keep the texture nice and thick
- Top with your favorite toppings, mine are shredded coconut, cacao nibs, and granola
