Ingredients

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Oats, Rolled
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Hemp Hearts

I use frozen berries in our smoothies. Frozen berries tend to blend better and don’t leave as many tiny pieces.
