These fudgy Almond Flour Brownies are the ultimate rich and chocolatey treat that's both gluten free & grain free, plus packed with protein!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Almond Flour, Finely Ground
- 8 Tbsp8 Tbsp8 Tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Sugar, Raw
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Avocado Oil
- 333 Eggs
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Salt
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, optional, use plant-based for dairy-free
Process

- Preheat oven to 350° and grease an 8x8 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together, then mix in the wet ingredients until a batter forms. Do not overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 2 tbsp to sprinkle on top of the batter.
- Pour batter into your prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
