3-ingredient Mini Strawberry Cheesecakes
these strawberry cheesecake bites are proof that simple recipes just hit different. creamy, sweet, and packed with sweet strawberry flavour.
with just three ingredients and a few minutes of prep, they are the perfect snack or dessert to keep in the fridge when you need something quick but so good.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Yogurt, Strawberry, I used YoPRO Strawberry High-Protein Yoghurt
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Egg
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Strawberries, halved
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat airfryer to 160°C (or oven to 170°C) and prepare a 6-inch round cake pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining it with baking paper.
- in a large bowl, whisk together the YoPRO strawberry yoghurt and eggs until smooth. add in the cornstarch and whisk again until combined. pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- bake for 12-15 mins or until the tops are puffed up and caramelised. let them cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight ideally).
- top with more YoPRO strawberry yoghurt, sliced strawberries & enjoy!
