Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or spray with a cooking spray.
  3. Melt the butter, oil, brown sugar, and water either on the stove or in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free matzo farfel with the nuts, raisins, dates, coconut, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the matzo and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally and watching it so it doesn't burn.
  8. Store in an airtight container on the counter.
