  1. Wash the bell peppers, cut off the top part , and remove the seeds.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and the garlic. Add the ground beef and fry until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and oregano.
  4. Fill the bell pepper halves with the ground beef and place in a casserole dish.
  5. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile cook the rice and the vegetables.
  7. Mix the rice with the vegetables, arrange on plates and top with the bell peppers.
