Matcha Latte
A little about matcha
Matcha isn’t just green tea — it’s a whole experience. Made from finely ground, shade-grown tea leaves, matcha has deep roots in Japanese tea culture and is traditionally whisked during slow, intentional tea ceremonies.
Ceremonial grade matcha is the highest quality — smooth, vibrant, and made for drinking. It has a clean, grassy flavour and offers a gentler caffeine boost thanks to L-theanine, which promotes focus without the crash.
Here’s how I make my go-to iced matcha latte — light, refreshing, and a small luxury I look forward to every day.
