Pear & Apple Compote
The first fruits that the pediatrician normally recommends introducing into the baby's diet, around four to six months of age, are apple, pear and banana. This is because they are easy-to-digest fruits, with a pleasant texture for the baby, with a low risk of causing allergies or intolerances to the little one and a soft and sweet flavor, which is usually well accepted by children.
