Spiced Pear Margarita
Step into fall holidays with this deliciously spiced pear margarita, made with simple ingredients and freshly blended pears. Your holidays just got a whole lot more exciting.
Ingredients
- 111 Bartlett Pear, medium, blended
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Tequila, silver
- Lime, Squeeze of half of
- .5 oz.5 oz.5 oz Cointreau
- Ground Cinnamon, a sprinkle
- Primal Palate Apple Pie Spice, for the rim
- Ice cubes, or neat- shaken
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a blender, add the medium diced pear and blend with a little water until smooth. Set aside.
- In a shaker cup, add ice, tequila, squeeze of lime, cointreau, and pour in the blended pear puree
- Cover the top of the shaker and shake well.
- Sprinkle cinnamon or apple pie spice into a medium plate and spread out well. Rim the rocks or coupe glass with a little lime juice and dip the glass into the cinnamon, creating a rim of spice around the class.
- To the glass, pour the margarita 3/4 of the way full. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.
