- In a blender, combine the water, frozen cherries, and sugar. Blend on high until smooth.
- Reduce the blender speed to low and add the fruit punch packet. Blend until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze for 18–24 hours.
- When ready to serve, attach the frozen pint to your Ninja Creami and run the Sorbet setting. One spin should be enough.
- In two glasses, add one scoop of vanilla ice cream, followed by a scoop of fruit punch sorbet. Repeat the layers once more.
- Pour lime Sparkling water over each float to your desired level of fizz. Serve immediately and enjoy!
- Don't have a Ninja Creami? See notes below.
Notes
This makes 2 large floats or 4 smaller ones. Amount of vanilla ice cream needed depends on how big of scoops you want.
You can use your favorite lime sparkling water. I used spindrift in this recipe.
If you don’t have a ninja cream you can freeze the mixture in a loaf pan and let it thaw for about 20 minutes before scooping. It won’t be as creamy but the flavor is still the same. Recommend using the ninja creami if possible.

Ohhhh Jessi…this alone may convince me to finally get that Ninja creamy!! 🍒
Omg you should! I think you would looooove a ninja creami! You can make the recipe without one but it’s definitely better with it
So very tempting!!
