- In a large jar or mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of water with the fruit punch drink mix. Blend thoroughly using a hand frother or whisk until fully dissolved. Stir in the remaining 1 cup of water.
- Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan and warm over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
- Reduce the heat to low. Gradually sprinkle in the gelatin, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking continuously to avoid clumping. Continue whisking until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- If foam forms on the surface, skim it off with a spoon and discard.
- Carefully pour the mixture into a glass container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.
- Once firm, slice into cubes. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within one week!
Notes
This recipe is light, refreshing, and less sweet! For a more concentrated Fruit Punch flavor, use 2 Bare Bones elevated drink mix packets instead of 1.
