These frozen treats are creamy, chocolatey, and loaded with graham cracker crunch for that perfect frozen s'mores bite! Basically, your favorite summer dessert got a cool, dairy-free upgrade! Keep a batch in the freezer for instant nostalgia.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place the sweet thins in a small muffin or square silicone mold.
  2. Top with about 1 tsp of S'mores Nut Butter (or any nut butter works here)
  3. Mix together yogurt and protein powder and add about 1 tbsp to the top of each bite.
  4. Place in the freezer to set 30 min -1 hr.
  5. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.
  6. Dip each bite into chocolate and let set.
  7. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
