- 222 Elevated Drink Mix, Lemonade - Bare Bones

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Sugar

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 333 Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cassava flour, baking powder, salt, xanthan gum and Bare Bones Lemonade Elevated Drink Mix
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut sugar, olive oil, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla bean paste, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick, smooth batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let the loaf cool completely in the pan before glazing.
- In a small bowl, mix together ½ pack of Bare Bones Lemonade Elevated Drink Mix, coconut sugar, vanilla bean paste, and 2–3 tablespoons of milk until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled lemon loaf and let it set before slicing and serving.
