elvis protein pan-wich
peanut butter, bacon, banana… the classic elvis trio turned into a breakfast pan-wich 🥓🍌🥜
basically a pb&j on protein steroids — with a peanut butter spread, superfood berry jam, an “elvis” patty (stuffed with a BTR pb crunch bar + bacon + banana), bacon, & banana slices — all stacked between my mini greek yogurt protein pancakes.
as the king would say: thank you, thank you very much 💥🎤🧇
Ingredients
elvis patties
- 111 Peanut Butter Crunch Protein + Superfood Bar - B.T.R. Nation

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Breakfast Blend - Primal Palate

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Chicken

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Banana, very ripe
- 4 - 64 - 64 - 6 easy baked bacon (click for recipe)
peanut butter schmear
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Butter Powder

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Water, as needed to reach desired consistency
pan-wich
- greek yogurt protein pancakes & waffles (click for recipe), for 1 large, I made 8 mini pancakes
- Strawberry Superfood Jam - Smash Foods, or any berry flavored jam
- easy baked bacon (click for recipe), cut into quarters
- Banana, sliced

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
elvis patties
- preheat oven to 400.
- first add BTR bar to a food processor & blitz a few times into a finer crumble.
- to a bowl, add BTR bar & remaining patty ingredients.
- using a medium cookie scoop, make mini patties (~24) & smash into a flatter patty,
- place elvis patties on a lined baking dish, then bake for 12-15 minutes.
peanut butter schmear
- add all ingredients to a bowl; mix until combined.
pan-wich
- in a skillet, reheat pancakes by “toasting” for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- to a mini pancake bun, add peanut butter schmear → berry jam → elvis patty → bacon → banana → another mini pancake bun (option to secure with a toothpick).
