nashville hot dill pickle meatballs
- preheat oven to 400.
- add the siete spicy dill pickle chips, monk fruit, cilantro, nashville hot seasoning, & dried dill to a food processor & blitz a few times into a finer crumble.
- to a bowl, add crunchy mixture + remaining meatball ingredients.
- using a small cookie scoop, make mini meatballs (~80-100).
- place meatballs on a lined baking dish, then bake for ~15 minutes.
dill pickle salad
- in a bowl, combine all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve.
hot whipped goat cheese dip
- in a food processor, combine all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve.
building your bowl
- to a plate or bowl, layer: hot whipped goat cheese dip → nashville hot dill pickle meatballs → potato chips → dill pickle salad → greek yogurt ranch → any other garnishes.
