Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. follow my instructions for making protein cheesecake bites, using 2, 12 divot silicon muffin tins + using a chocolate cereal for the crust.
  2. add cheesecake mixture on top of crust, then make compote + crumble to add before baking.
  3. follow my instructions for making "mixed berry compote", but substitute cherry jam + frozen dark cherries where needed.
  4. pour 1 large cookie scoop of cheesecake mixture on top of each crust, then add a dollop of cherry compote.
  5. using a toothpick, swirl compote into each cheesecake bite.
  6. clean out the food processor again, then add granola, cacao powder, BTR hearts, monk fruit, & sea salt; lightly blitz into a crumble.
  7. transfer to a bowl, then add in nut butter & a little bit of water until more of a crumble forms.
  8. add a sprinkle of crumble on each cheesecake bite, then bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  9. refrigerate to allow to complete cool.
  10. melt dark chocolate cherry hearts, then drizzle on top of each bite (I melted the chocolate, then added to a small zip lock bag. then cut a tiny hole in the corner & pipe onto each bite).
  11. sprinkle on a few crushed freeze-dried cherries onto each bites.
  12. allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate or freeze to cool completely (it’s best to let it set overnight).
