however, if you’ve got a taste for the bougie blends (looking at you, cashews, macadamia nuts, & pistachios 👀), this easy peasy homemade version is the move. PLUS the roasting makes your home smell divine!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cashews, Raw

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Macadamia Nuts, Raw
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Hazelnut

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- place nuts on a baking sheet and toast for 10-12 minutes or until nuts start to become oily and golden.
- let nuts cool completely.
- add nuts to food processor & blend.
- pause your food processor every 2-3 minutes to scrape down the sides (usually takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes).
- your nut butter will go through stages: whole nuts → flour → crumbly → sticky dough → creamy nut butter.
