- cauliflower hash brown waffles (click for recipe), cut into quarter to make "buns"
- Cheddar Cheese, or sliced cheese of choice

- sautéed frozen vegetables (click for recipe), I used peppers & onions
- Dill Pickle Slices, or other burger toppings you like

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
mini ancestral burgers
- preheat oven to 400.
- add the beef sticks, bbq potato chips, monk fruit, & seasoning to a food processor & blitz a few times into a finer crumble.
- to a bowl, add crunchy mixture + remaining meatball ingredients (make sure the meat sticks are finely grated).
- using a medium-large cookie scoop, make mini burger patties (~16-20).
- place mini burgers on a lined baking dish, then bake for ~15 minutes.
cowboy bbq sauce
- in a bowl, mix together all ingredients for cowboy bbq sauce.
building your sliders
- make a double batch of the cauliflower hash brown waffles, then cut into quarters for a "bun".
- to a quarter of a waffle “bun”, layer on sauce → mini ancestral burger → cheese → sauteed veggies & any other burger toppings you like → finish with another waffle “bun”.
