Truffle Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
- 333 Pasture-raised Chicken Breasts - US Wellness Meats

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder, Large

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina

- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Truffle Salt - Primal Palate

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Peas, Frozen, Thawed
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Gluten-Free Spaghetti - Jovial Foods, Or, capellini

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Marinate the chicken by adding all of the ingredients with the exception of the chicken to a medium sized bowl.
- Mix well and add the chicken. Marinate for 4 - 24 hours.
- Make the alfredo sauce. Add the EVOO and garlic to a medium sized saucepan.
- Heat over medium low until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the cream, parmesan, and truffle salt. Heat on medium low, whisking often.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Keep in the pasta pot and set aside.
- Heat the grill to 450F
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 4 minutes
- Let the chicken cool and then slice.
- Add the alfredo to the pasta and mix well until fully coated.
- Add the peas to the alfredo and mix until fully combined.
- Plate the pasta and top with the sliced chicken.
