- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice - Primal Palate

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Cinnamon Vanilla Pecan Peanut Butter - Georgia Grinders

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt, optional

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together pumpkin, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, spices, and salt.
- Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop dough (about 2 tbsp per cookie), place on baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set. Let cool fully—they firm up as they cool.
- Make icing: whisk peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt until smooth and drizzly.
- Drizzle icing over cooled cookies (or dip tops!).
