Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Toast the sourdough bread in a dry skillet until both sides are lightly browned. Then remove to a plate.
  2. Slice the avocado in half then mash the half onto the slice of sourdough bread. I you have a large slice of sourdough bread you may need use the whole avocado.
  3. Add the prosciutto slices on top of the mashed avocado.
  4. Top the prosciutto with the tomato slices.
  5. Sprinkle the top of the tomatoes with the everything seasoning, salt and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
